Tenant Process

1

Budget

Make sure you set the right budget which is comfortable for you

2

Location

Set the location which is most suitable for you - we cover the whole of Middlesex

3

Size

Figure out how many bedrooms you require, how many reception rooms etc depending on your budget and the area you may be looking in

4

Register

Register your details with us so we can find out your requirements in order to find you the best properties available

5

Viewings

Our staff will keep you informed of new properties which come on to the market that match your criteria

6

Offer

When you have found the perfect property and wish to make an offer, don’t wait around for too long as the rental market moves at a fast pace and you don’t want to miss out!

7

Offer Accepted

Once you have found a property, paid the holding deposit and we agree the offer with the landlord, this moves to the ‘let agreed’ stage in which referencing will now take place to conduct some background checks

8

Letting progression

Once you have passed the referencing checks and your landlord has approved the final report, we will issue you the tenancy agreement for signature with relevant documents to view and sign. We will also request move in monies at this stage to avoid any unwanted delays prior to your move in date

9

Prior To Move In

Once all of the above have been completed, we will arrange for you to collect the keys from the landlord. This will be from our office or via an inventory check-in clerk who will show you round the property

10

Move In

We always recommend you take meter readings and check that all utilities have been transferred across to your name. We also recommend you make sure payments from your account have been set up so there are no delays in future rental payments
